Matt Wyble is a proud fourth-generation Anne Arundel County REALTOR® and lifelong Severna Park resident. For Matt, real estate has never been just a career—it's a family tradition rooted in serving the community he has always called home.

After graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing, Matt began his career as the Marketing Coordinator for a local restaurant group before joining the family business. That marketing background continues to shape the way he represents sellers today, combining strategic pricing, professional marketing, and skilled negotiation to help clients achieve exceptional results.

Since launching his real estate career in 2010, Matt has helped more than 1,200 families buy and sell homes and has closed over $600 million in real estate sales. He consistently ranks among the region's top-producing agents, specializing in move-up buyers, downsizers, waterfront properties, and lifestyle-focused homes throughout Anne Arundel County.

Matt's real estate roots run deep. His great-grandfather, Raymond Grant, founded Arundel Realty in the early 1950s, and his grandfather, Ray Grant, spent more than three decades helping families buy and sell homes while also playing a role in developing many of the communities that make Severna Park what it is today. Matt is honored to continue that legacy with the same commitment to professionalism, integrity, and personalized service.

Beyond real estate, Matt is passionate about investing in his community. Since 2018, he has volunteered in Anne Arundel County Public Schools, teaching financial literacy and credit education to high school students while also speaking on mindset, goal setting, and personal growth. He currently serves as President of The Masters Club, one of Maryland's premier organizations of real estate professionals dedicated to raising the standard of excellence within the industry.

Matt and his wife, Ashleigh, are graduates of Virginia Tech, where they met. They married in 2009 and are raising their two sons, Luke and Cooper, in Severna Park.

Whether he's helping a family buy their first home, guiding a move-up seller, teaching in a classroom, or giving back through the For Ellie Foundation, Matt believes relationships always come first. His goal is simple: to be the trusted real estate advisor clients call not just for one transaction, but for every move—and every referral—for years to come.

How I Do Business

For Ellie Foundation, Inc.

How I Do Business

Real estate isn't just about buying and selling homes—it's about helping people through some of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their lives.

I believe preparation wins. Whether you're selling your home or searching for the next one, every decision—from pricing and timing to marketing and negotiations—should be intentional.

Real estate isn't just about buying and selling homes—it's about helping people through some of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their lives.

I believe preparation wins. Whether you're selling your home or searching for the next one, every decision—from pricing and timing to marketing and negotiations—should be intentional. My job is to provide the experience, market knowledge, and guidance to help you make confident decisions while keeping the process as smooth and low-stress as possible.

Although I have an incredible team supporting marketing, coordination, and logistics behind the scenes, I remain personally involved in every transaction. When you hire me, you work directly with me from strategy through settlement.

My Three Promises

1. I help steer the ship, but you control the throttle.

This is your move, your investment, and your future. My role is to provide expert advice, explain your options, and help you avoid unnecessary risks. At the end of the day, every important decision is yours. I'll never pressure you into doing something that doesn't align with your goals.

2. I have a guy or gal for everything.

Over the years, I've built a trusted network of professionals who can help with just about anything before, during, and after your move. From contractors, painters, stagers, lenders, inspectors, movers, and settlement companies to landscapers, electricians, plumbers, and beyond—if you need someone, chances are I know the right person.

3. You're never bothering me.

Buying or selling a home doesn't happen between 9 and 5, and neither does great service. Questions come up. Sometimes they're big, sometimes they're small. Either way, I want you to ask. I genuinely enjoy what I do, and being available when my clients need me is one of the most important parts of my job.

More Than a Transaction

My goal isn't simply to help you buy or sell a home—it's to become your real estate resource for life. Whether you're planning a move next month or five years from now, wondering what your home is worth, looking for a trusted contractor, or helping a family member get started, I'm here to help.

Because the best compliment I can receive isn't another transaction—it's when you confidently recommend me to the people you care about most.

Following the unexpected loss of their daughter, Ellie, at just three months old in 2016, Matt and Ashleigh founded the For Ellie Foundation to honor her life by bringing hope and comfort to other families facing pediatric medical challenges.

What began as a way to turn unimaginable loss into something meaningful has grown into a community-driven nonprofit that has raised more than $400,000 for local children's hospitals and families in need.

Through programs like Ellie's Cart of Hope, Hope Totes, Child Life support, scholarships, and annual fundraising events, the foundation provides practical resources and moments of encouragement when families need them most.

The mission of the For Ellie Foundation is simple: Make the world a more beautiful place through random acts of kindness.

Every family served, every volunteer who gives their time, and every donor who contributes helps continue the legacy of a little girl whose impact has reached far beyond her short life.
