Meet Matt Wyble, a proud fourth-generation Anne Arundel County real estate agent and lifelong Severna Park resident. Having grown up in the area, Matt feels a deep connection to his hometown, and he takes great pride in both living and working there.

Meet Matt Wyble, a proud fourth-generation Anne Arundel County real estate agent and lifelong Severna Park resident. Having grown up in the area, Matt feels a deep connection to his hometown, and he takes great pride in both living and working there.
Before joining the family business, Matt honed his marketing skills as the Marketing Coordinator for a local restaurant chain. However, he soon realized that his true calling lay in real estate. Matt comes from a long line of real estate professionals, including his great grandfather Raymond Grant, who founded Arundel Realty in the early 1950s, and his grandfather Ray Grant, who joined the business soon after and went on to have a successful 30+ year career in the industry, helping to develop many of the communities in the town.
Since starting his real estate career in 2010, Matt has quickly established himself as a top performer, having sold and settled over $500M in real estate sales and worked on more than 1,100 transactions. Matt is dedicated to continuing his family's legacy of professionalism, service, and in-depth knowledge of the local market.
Matt Wyble is an engaged community member, volunteering at local high schools as a guest teacher for Credit 101, which covers critical credit score and credit-related topics for high school seniors. Additionally, he is a member of the Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce and sponsors the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and the community Taste & Sip event.
He is a graduate of Severna Park High School and earned his B.A. in Public Relations/Marketing from Virginia Tech, where he met his wife Ashleigh. The couple married in 2009 and now reside in S.P. with their sons, Luke and Cooper.
In memory of their daughter Ellie, who passed away at just three months old, Matt and Ashleigh started the For Ellie Foundation, a non-profit organization that has raised over $250K for local hospitals.
Through his work and personal life, Matt is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community and continuing the family tradition of excellence in real estate.

During her eulogy, Ellie’s father, Matt, explained that he and her mother believed there were two ways to react to this tragedy: Option one was to dig a hole and hide in it, and option two was to dig a hole

During her eulogy, Ellie’s father, Matt, explained that he and her mother believed there were two ways to react to this tragedy: Option one was to dig a hole and hide in it, and option two was to dig a hole and build a garden for the world to see. “It took 24 hours for Ashleigh and I to realize we were Option 2 people,” Matt said. Through your donations, the For Ellie Foundation is building both a literal garden for the community, and a figurative garden by making the world a more beautiful place through random acts of kindness.
